Entire letters dated 17/JUN/1830 and 2/SE/1830 sent to ASTAFFORT and with origin that could not be determined. The first one bears PAU (18/JUN) and British marks: datestamp of 20/JUN/1830 on back and "1p." oval on front, all in black. The other
letter: PAU datestamp (3/SE) and British circular datestamp "5/SEPT/1830" (on back), both in black and red "1p." oval. Interesting lot, with some minor defects, but very attractive! (Image)
