It arrived in B.Aires with postal franchise for prisoners of war via the Intl. Committee of the Red Cross, and it was delivered to the Special Working Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then on July 13 it was forwarded by registered mail from the Edificio Libertad, with meter postage of $8,500, excellent quality and extremely rare!
