(Yvert 16), 1873 Llama 2c. ultramarine and bluish gray, beautiful strips of 10 stamps each (several MNH), both of excellent quality. Each strip shows a paper join, and the two perforation points of the Lecoq machine are clearly visible in the spaces
between the stamps. According to some experts, the ultramarine strip is original, while the other is a reprint, which contradicts the opinion of Herbert Moll expressed in his book "Historia postal y filatélica del Perú", page 140. In any case, they
are offered with a very low starting price. Both strips are of excellent quality, this lot is a great opportunity to acquire an appealing classic rarity of Peru!
