The 20ct with examples from 01128 to 25371, with 5 gaps, and a duplicate pair; the 40ct from 00334 to 69116 with 30 gaps, 6 duplicates including two pairs and a lower half; the 60ct from 00496 to 25457, five gaps, eight duplicates including two pairs and a strip of three; 80ct from 00346 to 24816 (one on part form) with two gaps, two duplicate pairs and a single.
