593 nh F1b image1888 2c Deep Rose Carmine Registration, a horizontal pair with full original gum, never hinged. A fresh pair with deep, rich colour typical of this short-lived Montréal Gazette special printing. The pair is misperforated vertically, leaving one huge stamp at right and one smaller at left, and we note two guide dots in the center upper margin of each stamp. Very light vertical bend at the extreme right of the right stamp, overall fine-very fine. Catalogue value for a very fine and a fine stamp would be $2,000.
