Overprinted "Service", used with part of a Nova Scotia oval grid cancel, we assume these were created by Henry Hechler in an "official" manner, as they are similar to his overprinted stationery. The overprint measures 15.5 mm long, which matches
other such overprints on Small Queens, in the same font. An interesting item, with a few irregular perfs, else fine.
