With a very fine large red wax seal with a British Coat of Arms “MALTA/SANITA” applied at the Malta Lazaretto on the reverse. Note Marshal Louis-Auguste-Victor, Count de Ghaisnes de Bourmont (1773-1846) was a former Minister of War and Marshal of France.
