1267 / c, entire, etc. Singapore: Postcards: Series of mainly black & white vignettes with red captions, distinguished by most having a five digit number, selection of 71 cards, mainly different but some are numbered differently or there are mint and used examples, the used are 1903 to 1905, good range of street scenes, buildings, etc., chiefly good.

1268 / c, entire, etc. Singapore: Postcards: 1937 Opening of Singapore Airport at Kallang, panoramic view of the airport reproduced in seven roughly postcard size photographs giving a complete view of the aircraft and crowds (44 inches long). Also a smaller montage of 4 views taken on the same day showing the Control Tower and similar scenes of aircraft. The photographs vary in size due to cropping to join the images together. Expertly linked together by same cloth tape suggesting both from same commercial house. Fine and rare record of this important event of Singapore Aviation History.

Singapore series, coloured cards no. 3 Orchard Road Railway Bridge Singapore and no. 1010 Orchard Road Singapore, the former showing steam train on the bridge, unused, good condition. A rare pair of views, the railway to Tank Road having been re-routed from the centre of Singapore to a new terminus at Tanjong Pagar in 1932, this bridge demolished and the old embankment removed, leaving no trace of the original structure.
