Three stamps on a letter circulated from Porto (03.09.74) to Lisbon (04.09.74), with two stamps canceled by pen and one with a numeric mark from the 2nd reform, struck in black "46 – PORTO", to pay the third postage rate for letters circulated internally weighing 21 to 30g.
