franked with a single 6 reis Padroes (CE 351) and a single 1 tanga Padroes issues (CE 353). The stamps are tied by a light indistinct Goan postmark and a partial violet censorship triangle mark “30”. Tear at top.(Image 1)

 Port. India Four B/W Goan picture postcards featuring, “Governor’s Palace Nova-Goa”, the “Monument of
Afonso de Albuquerque Nova-Goa”, the “Monastery of Santa Monica - Goa”, and the “Santa Se de Goa”. Each postcard has 1 CM issue on the front: 2 1/2 reis (CE 188), 3 reis (CE 189), 6 reis (CE 190), and 3 reis with a “Republica” overprint (CE 204).
Each stamp is tied by a “Mapuca” CDS: single ring x 3 and one double circle postmark. All are dated 1912, favour cancelled. The postcards are unused but remain in excellent condition. Goan postcards are scarce.(Image 1)
