Three are 1923 1p. with "muestra" overprint and sheet number at right, two of which are handstamped in blue "Departamento de Contraloría Inspección"; one block is n.h., and two are very lightly hinged with full o.g. The fourth block is the 1926 "Segundo Congreso Postal" 1p. with punch holes, without gum. All are in excellent condition. Additionally, a complete set of 1935 "Seguro Postal" with light "specimen" overprint, without gum, with two stamps missing perforation teeth and one corner showing a cut. A very scarce group.
