20325   image1964 The Erenköy Enclave: Large part stampless envelope bearing red cachet LEFKOSA/KIBRIS/ H/M (H/M Mizmete Mahsus on Official Service), plus number "3168" alongside, very scarce uages as mail into the enclsve could only be delivered via the United Nations Forces Note: The Erenköy (Kokkina) Enclave became a vital Turkish Cypriot stronghold following intercommunal violence in 1963. In August 1964, it withstood heavy attacks before Turkish air intervention and a UN-brokered ceasefire secured its survival.
