50174 ,BOOK/ProofOOTO/SINTURE   1874 Album Illustré pour Timbres-Poste & Télégraphe. A decorative J.B. Möens album of Bruxelles 1874. With all stamps removed. A very fine and tight album with gilt edges and full red leather. Completely intact, except that the metal clasps are missing. A wonderful display item, into which a buyer has the opportunity to insert, once again, a colourful range of classic postage stamps.
