Letter from Pireas (Nov. 17/29, 1879) to Palermo (Nov. 23/Dec. 5, 1879) via Brindisi. Franked at the U.P.U. rate of 30 lepta for a letter up to 15 grams sent to the members countries with a 30 lepta of the new value/Athens printings.
