Cancelled at Linga Sep (19)04, forwarded to Persian Exchange PO in BENDER ABBAS 8 SE.04 addressed to Belgium with two arrival marks. Picture shows the Indo-European Telegraph Co. at Bouchire. Registered ppc is scarce and with CONTROL fee very few recorded! Note: Outside of Teheran the overprinted stamps sometimes were not available so the PO had to simply use ordinary stamp w/o any CONTROL overprint.
