These stamps were issued by Central Pacific Coconut Plantations Ltd for use on letters from Christmas Is. via the company's agents in Tahiti, and denoted that the postage had been paid to the manager before the agents affixed ordinary Tahitian stamps to complete the postage to the various destinations.
