(Stats Tjeneste - Official Letter) on the flap and so with no postal charge. Folded neatly to display the dated heading inside alongside the address panel. The entire Faroes population at this date is thought to have been only around 6,000. A rare prestamp inter-island personal "Official" letter in fine condition. (Image)
