On a historical note, one album contains a packet of unused Tibet issues (1912 & 1933) sent to the vendor's grandfather, Noel Odell, by Lt. Col. F.M. Bailey, C.I.E. (British politician & Intellegence Officer). Odell took part in the 1924 Everest expedition (2 of the special stamps in album) and was the last person to see Mallory & Irvine alive. The packet is annotated in Odell's writing. Collection also contains c.50 envelopes containing loose stamps of the period organised by country and a collection of 100+ items of postal stationery, used & unused. Viewing advisable.
