 1940 VICHY ISSUES INC. PROOFS: Group inc. undenominated imperf. single in pale blue (as 2f.50) on ungummed paper (colour trial?) and
imperf. marginal block of four in issued colour deep blue ms endorsed "2nd impression Bon a tirer" and initialled. Also, an imperf. single stuck onto white embossed card stamped "Bon a Tirer" in green and "Le Chef de Service Administratif Colonia..."
