(24), including Turkish forerunners and Italian Offices in Albania,
with a small group of the first 1913 Double-Head overprints, the
later issues well represented together with some better items,
noted a very scarce usage of Ottoman Empire stationery card 20 para
red overprinted with the Albanian Double Eagle (Higgins & Gage-Nr.
2) from Vlone (24 September 1913) to Lausanne, bearing large
double-ringed handtamp "Postate Qeverriesse Perkoheshme", a 1932
Stationery card 15 q. brown overprinted (Higgins & Gage-Nr. 30)
used from Shkoder (19 january 1933) to Munich, etc.; the collection
continues with some local issues incl. 1917 Korce, Austrian
Fieldpost, and more. Few forgeries noted; except for the occasional
fault in overall good condition.
