1852: 1 d. pink postal stationery envelope, 132 x 80 mm., a used example to Arrington, Cambridgeshire cancelled soley by London Tombstone "Paid" datestamp (30 Jan 1852) in red. Fine and unusual usage, minor flap fault but with
the Yorke family seal intact on reverse. Remark: The cover is addressed to the Countess of Hardwicke. The envelope is signed at the lower left "Hardwicke Charles Phillip Yorke, Fourth Earl of Hardwicke" (1799-1873) was an admiral and Member of

1840/1912: Collection on album pages, beginning with a Penny Black on cover and a used single example, followed by a 2d blue. Includes Embossed issue 6 d. to 1 s. complete, along with a multitude of lower
denominations of the surface printed issues. Notable high values include 5 s. Watermark Maltese Cross, Plates 1 and 2, as well as 10 s., £ 1, and £ 5, the latter still an attractive example despite some bends. The Unified Issue is complete,
