2703 image1855/1960ca: Accumulation with a significant portion of Chile, which appears to be the best part, including imperforate issues in quantities in a stock book, plus a large bag of later, unsorted stamps. Another stock book contains Latin American stamps, starting with Brazil and extending to Colombia. Also included is a small collection of airmail stamps from Ecuador on pages. Additionally, there is a stock card with older stamps from Portugal, the Azores, Madeira, and Portuguese India, in very mixed condition, ideal for studies. 2714 cover image1890-1970ca.: Interesting accumulation of postal stationery, likely acquired as a secondary focus alongside primary collections from various regions. This assembly spans from the Queen Victoria era to the Queen Elizabeth II era and features items from the Levant, Palestine, Seychelles, Aden, Falkland Islands, Sierra Leone, South West Africa, Fiji, St. Vincent, and more. It includes both used and unused pieces, with a significant number of registered letters. Noteworthy items include a registered letter from Uganda, franked with Queen Victoria overprint stamps and addressed to Dewjee Jamall. 2365 cover imageEastbound Mail from South- and Latinamerica 1940/41: Assembly of fifty airmail covers from Bolivia (17) with one missent cover from Oruro to Italy instead of England, bearing Italian censor tape and 'servicio sospes' (service suspended) label attached, furthe rmail from Colombia (2), cover from Costa Rica to Amsterdam, Guatemala, Paraguay (8), Peru (5) and Uruguay (13), incl. LATI printed envelope from Montevideo to Sweden and three registered usages to Germany (2) with one to Milan, franked with 4.73 pesos. A fine and interesting group. In 1941 the USA forced LAB to dispense with the German influenced support from Lufthansa, Panagra and Syndicato Condor. After July 1941 LAB became a PANAGRA feeder line from Bolivia to Rio de Janeiro.
