Austrian Post Office 1867: 3 s. green, coarse whiskers, a fine used (Michel 2/I) example on 1878 Printed Matter rate entire letter to Vienna (Pollak correspondence) tied by neat strike of "ALEXANDRIEN" thimble cds (July 6) in
