1886: Litho 5 c. purple, a single example used on 1886 underpaid cover to Clermont, USA tied
by "CORREOS / QUETZALTENANGO" Star duplex (Oct 7). Struck in transit with "NO STATE NAMED" in blue and reverse showing Guatemala Star duplex (Oct 11), New Orleans and New York transits (Oct 28) alongside Dead Letter Office triangular handstamp.
Return duplex of Guatemala (Jan 6, 1887). Manuscript "Insufficient Address" on obverse and "T" marking at upper left. Slight soiling due to handling but a rare cover. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate. (Image 1) (Image 2)
