Die Proof for the Swan 4 d. value printed in carmine on card paper (80 x 41 mm.) with Crown CC watermark sideways with Crown to right, embossed into the card. The Proof also shows a 'ghost' impression of the Ceylon Chalon head, sideways to the Swan impression.
