Assuming one does not have funds for the issued stamp (currently catalogued by SG at £ 60'000), this Trial is probably the best way of completing a Northern Nigeria collection. Issued for the prepayment of liquor licences, however inscribed 'Postage & Revenue' and therefore technically valid for same.
