 Lebanon Revenue Stamps. 1945 (probably) MNH six "Droit Fiscal" stamps of 5 Piastres printed in different colors for testing purposes of a subject set aside in favor of the preferred Beit Eddine Palace design. Printed on gummed
paper same as fiscal stamps issue but point rack's perforations. Stamps with bilingual inscriptions and cedar radiating beams of light within a decorated frame. Printed in gray, light blue, orange, purple, green and blue. GREAT UNPUBLISHED DISCOVERY

 Qatar. On Active Service cover from Doha Qatar by Representative of Peninsular and Oriental British-India Steam Navigation Company, censured in India, sent to England via war ship attested by the arrive machine cancel "LONDON
MAR-3-18 RECEIVED FROM H.M. SHIP NO CHARGE TO BE RAISED". Despite the indication of free mail the cover was taxed and de-taxed perhaps because of the blue seal "Representative P. & O. B.I. - DOHA - PERSIAN GULF" which also attests its origin together
with the handwritten note by the recipient "First from Persian Gulf". RPSL Photocertificate. EXTREMELY RARE, TWO COVERS RECORDED WITH THIS SEAL.

 Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia. Palestine, "Al Naksa", Gaza strip. A rare example of a UNDERCOVER letter written by a student from the Riyadh Faculty of Medicine sent in an other envelope to Dusseldorf, Germany, from Saudi Arabia.
Here the UNDERCOVER was franked by the German correspondent with German stamps and sent on 21/November/1978 to Gaza. SCARCE SAUDI ARABIAN UNOFFICIAL UNDERCOVER.

 Syria French Mandate. Proof of 1942 Syria President Taj al-Din al-Hasani 15 Piastres on an un-adopted* design in red-orange color printed by I. C. Beyrouth on ivory cardboard (S.G. n 365), on block of six without the
background color. Printing stamps measuring 21 x 34½ mm, therefore its smaller than the 15 Piastres in blue and pale blue stamp issued which measures 21 x 36¾ mm (*the image of the President in the oval is different, in the issued stamps the left
hand is clearly visible while in this proof it is cut by the oval). Unrecorded in the specialized philatelic literature. B. Longo Photoexpertise. RARE.
