835 image1909-17 collection of aviation postcards written up on leaves with seven illustrated cards sent from the 1909 Blackpool Aviation Meeting (with two from the 1910 event), three unused cards from the 1909 Doncaster Aviation Contest, four cards from the 1910 Bournemouth Flying Week (one in colour), with four unused 1910 Lanark Show, a group of six from various 1910-13 events (Daily Mail Grand Prize etc) and 1912 Flying Week (2, in colour). Also a pair of 1911 Windsor Coronation cards (brown and grey), some WWI period cards also, with 1915 Royal Army Aircraft Factory, 1916 R.F.C Farnborough, 1917 Looping the Loop and 'In Full Flight' etc. Also, a 1917 Isle of Man P.O.W internment cover.
