719 image1850-1964 comprehensive collection in two stock books and a Lindner album, with a useful range of the earlier issues U to 1901 with many additionally M, and whilst the condition of these is a little mixed with some examples regummed or without gum, there a number of scarce items. Noted - 1852 12c dull purple (regummed, Cat. £2250), 1853 6r blue on thin paper (unused, Cat. £3500), 1854 4c unused, 1864 4c in block of 16 and 1r in block of four, 1867 25m and 1870 incl. 19c (signed). Also 1875 20c (Cert), 1p & 4p, 1876 to 10p (2), 1876 War Tax 1p and 5p (Cat. £1300), 1878 4p & 10p, 1879 4p & 10p (Cat £2000, signed, disturbed gum and faults with a second example unused), 1872 75c, 1889 to 4p and 1901 to 10p. Strong and comprehensive M coverage follows with very few gaps and incl. 1905 Tercentenary (Cat. £950), 1909 to 10p, 1920 G.P.O to 10p (Cat. £900), 1922 to 10p, the 1926 Red Cross and 1927 Surcharged Anniv sets, 1929 Exhibition sets and Airs, the 1930-31 issues incl. the scarce 1930 Railway (Cat. £925) and 1931 Montserrat (Cat. £1700) sets. Later highlights, 1936 Air 10c & 15c (diagonal opts with Certs, Cat. £450), 1938 Air SG.841 (Cat. £550) and SG.847 (Cat. £450), 1938 Uprising, 1939 sets to 10pts and to 10PTA with and without imprints, 1940 Apparition of Virgin + Airs (Cat. £725), 1947 SG.1083/4, 1950 10c on 25p SG.1151 (Cat. £750) and 1950 Centenary with Airs (Cat. £675).
