187		1854-55 1s pale brown swan rouletted (approx 9) used with barred oval numeral '16' of York, with 3mm 'Imperial' punch hole, SG.6a variety (stamps for use by the Imperial Govt Departments were distributed by the Commissariat and are identifiable by a hole punched either 3 or 4mm.
