1855-1960 extensive U collection on Hagners with a group of 34 Chalons in very mixed condition but incl. 1s SG.6 (Cat. £4000, margins trimmed), 10, 13, 33, 37a, 40/1 & 43, then perforated types (the vendor's identification of
these is not guaranteed) to 1s green etc. There follows a decent range of the complex 1873-1900 issue arranged by Perf type to 1s etc, and although some identification is not correct (and a little optimistic), some fine examples are noted.
Thereafter, the 1898 set to 1s (excl. 9d) with 2s & 5s M (toned), 1899 to 5s (fiscally used), attractive ranges of the KEVII & KGV issues, 1935 and 1936 sets to 3s with Perf types through to 1960. Some 'back of the book' incl. 1936 Officials, an
attractive group of Postal Fiscals to £5 (this and some others with fiscal cancels). Plenty of useful pickings here, very high catalogue and excellent value.
