825 image1855-1960 extensive U collection on Hagners with a group of 34 Chalons in very mixed condition but incl. 1s SG.6 (Cat. £4000, margins trimmed), 10, 13, 33, 37a, 40/1 & 43, then perforated types (the vendor's identification of these is not guaranteed) to 1s green etc. There follows a decent range of the complex 1873-1900 issue arranged by Perf type to 1s etc, and although some identification is not correct (and a little optimistic), some fine examples are noted. Thereafter, the 1898 set to 1s (excl. 9d) with 2s & 5s M (toned), 1899 to 5s (fiscally used), attractive ranges of the KEVII & KGV issues, 1935 and 1936 sets to 3s with Perf types through to 1960. Some 'back of the book' incl. 1936 Officials, an attractive group of Postal Fiscals to £5 (this and some others with fiscal cancels). 826 image1898 2d Pembroke Peak, a lovely selection with UM block of 16 (unplated) in an unusual pale shade (some perf separation and few very minor tones), UM right marginal strip of four in a lovely deep shade, several singles in a range of shades, corner examples from three of the corners of the sheet, one with sheet no. 486, another with minor re-entry and finally an example of the forged pair imperf horizontally. The used incl. four blocks of six, strip of three & nine pairs, single with '88' for '98'. There are also six plated copies, three of them with major re-entries (CP $600 each as mint). SG.248, CP E5a Cat. $8494 + the used major re-entries. (Image)

Most subsequent issues are present, incl. the 1926 2s & 3s (both issues), 1935-36 to 3s (5) with many perf types, 1931 Smiling Boy set and the Health M/Sheets, with QEII UM to 1979. Also noted, 1925 Dunedin 4d 'POSTAGF', 1931 Air 3d P.14 x 15, useful Officials incl. 1907 6d to 5s, KGV to 2s and 1936 to 5s, 1940 set, Postal Fiscals to £1 etc. Also an attractive range of Counter Coil pairs with KGVI to 1/3d, QEII to 1/6d plus later issues.
