 (R83a) MC, good color, the PSE cert. is clean but some some reason the PF calls this stamp cleaned which has affected the color which we strongly disagree with, the cancel is simply a thin light cancel
which has lightened over time and the color of the stamp is exactly what it should be for this early printing, four full margins, fresh and Very Fine, this is a very nice stamp which has gotten a harsh and uncalled for cert. from the
PF.
