 1932 Lishuichen (27 Jul) to Harbin, f.w. Junk ovpt. Limited For Use in Ki-Hei 5c, tied by Lishuchen bilingual cds (dated “Year 32” instead of Manchukuo calendar). On reverse with scarce Kirin Resistance Army against Japan
censor mark. It is the only known censor example conducted by the Kirin Resistance Army against Japan.

 19303.5.20 Mukden to Tientsin. f.w. Japan 3 sen and China 4c stamps, paying both Japanese and Chinese rate according to Convention. According to Sino-Japanese Postal Convention, Japanese posts in South Manchuria Railway
territory were retained (while other offices ceased operation), but their mails to China were required to affix with both Chinese and Japanese stamps. This was followed, but in 1932 Chinese tariff was raised from 4c to 5c hence a doubling of penalty
was levied, hence the postage due. Many senders used this loophole to circumvent the postal embargo.
1933.5.20奉天寄天津，貼日郵4錢和帆船2x
2分郵票，依中日郵政協定，1922年日本在內地客郵撤銷之後，在南滿日本郵局不撤銷，但寄中國各地信件需同時貼中國郵票支付國內郵資，據此，即使中華郵政對東北斷郵，也有義務投遞從南滿日局發出的符資郵件，不少人以此繞開斷郵；但由於當時關內郵資已從4分調整為5分，欠資1分罰雙倍，故加貼了欠資郵票 。(Image 1)
