2424 * image1911 Tibet surch Coilng Dragon Specimen set from 3p to 2r. The origin and authenticity of this specimen set is still mysterious. Information suggested that its previous owners include F.Z. Chun, M.D.Chow and underwent several auctions. Still an interesting item for Tibetan and Imperial Post philately. Sold as is, no return.

1911年西藏蟠龍樣票全，包含半分至2圓。這套樣票之真實性及源流仍成疑。資料指此套票先後流轉於陳復祥、周今覺等人手 上並經過數次拍賣，但未能確定。無論如何，仍為西藏及大清郵學之一大趣味珍品。現況出售，不設退換。(Image 1) (Image 2)

2428 * image1911 Tibet surch Coiling Dragon 3p on 1c in block of 4 with inverted ovpt variety. MH with partial original gum. Only 40 inverted 3p stamps exist and block of 4 is the largest mulitples. In Jul 2025, Shanghai Universe Auction sold a marginal block of 4 from Meiso Mizuhara collection at RMB$82,160. Famous variety of Tibet Coiling Dragon issues.

1911年西藏蟠龍改值半分蓋1分四方連新，帶加蓋倒蓋變異。背貼，帶部分原膠。倒蓋半分票存世僅四十枚，而四方連則為存世最大方連。2025年7月華宇拍賣ASG之夜第185期，曾以人民幣$82,160元拍出一件水原明窗舊藏之帶邊四方連。著名之西藏蟠龍變異票。(Image 1) (Image 2)

2436 image1911 Shigatse (6 Mar) to Lhasa. Double registered cover, f.w. unovpt. Coiling Dragon 1c x11 + 2c on both sides, tied by Shigatse dollar cds., along with very scarce type CR2 RR mark. One of the two examples of this RR mark recorded by Mizuhara. 2002 (18 Oct) Spink London, "Meiso Mizuhara The Exhibition Collections Tibet", lot 50. Ex- Tony and Pat Wheeler (Mar 1979).

1911.3.6 西格孜寄拉薩。雙掛號封，正背共貼未加蓋蟠龍1分x11 + 2分，銷西格孜大圓戳，另見極罕之CR2型RR章。封剖開以作展示。此為水原明窗記錄該RR章之存世兩例之一。2002.10.18 倫敦斯賓克“水原明窗西藏專場”，拍品號50。Tony及Pat Wheeler舊藏（1979.3）。(Image 1)

Indian KEVII 1/2a + 1a + 3a, tied by Yatung BPO (3 Aug) cds. Along with registered mark and label. No transit or arrival but probably taking the Indian route which is scarce.

Tibet surch Coiling Dragon 1/2a + 2a + 2-1/2a on front and 1/2a x2 on reverse, tied by Tibet Dollar cds (serif characters), along with Lhasa registered mark. Transit Yatung (3 Oct), also with dollar cds. In combination with Indian KEVII 1/2a + 4a, tied by Yatung BPO (3 Oct) cds, matching with registered label. Transit Hong Kong (23 Oct), Tongku (31 Oct). Arrived Chingwangtao (1 Nov) with cds date reading from left to right. Scarce example addressing to this North China city.

1911.9.26 拉薩寄秦皇島。掛號封，正貼西藏蟠龍1分 + 4分 + 5分，背貼1分x2，銷拉薩大圓戳（英文帶襯線），另鈐拉薩英文掛號戳。10.3經亞東，同樣鈐大圓戳。加貼印度愛德華七世半安娜 + 4安娜，銷亞東英局10.3日戳，另貼掛號標籤。10.23經香港，10.31經塘沽。11.1抵秦皇島（日期日期左讀）。西藏寄秦皇島少見難得。(Image 1) (Image 2)

2445 cover image1914 Chabdo (14 Mar) to Postmaster of Chengtu Post Office. Red band cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon Tibet surch 2-1/2a + 1a, tied by scarce Chabdo Dollar cds (dated Year Three, reading from left to right). Chabdo was the last imperial post office ceased operation in Tibet. Tibet surch Coiing Dragon issues and dollar cds were used continually which made Chabdo one of the lastest post office using imperial stamps and cancellation.

1914.3.14 察木多寄成都郵政局郵務長。紅條封，貼西藏蟠龍2分 + 5分，銷少見之察木多大圓戳（年份為“三年”，日期左讀）。察木多是西藏郵界最後結束的郵局，並沿用西藏蟠龍及清朝日戳，是全國最後使用大清郵票及郵戳之郵局之一。(Image 1) (Image 2)

2446 image1915 (16 Apr) Telegram from the Chinese Amban Lu Hinki, Lhasa, to the Ministry of Finance, Peking, reading "Ministry of Fiance, please approve the three expense vouchers as submitted on 18 Jan." After the Chinese Amban Lianyu and soldiers were expelled from Lhasa as Tibet declared independence, Lu Hingki was appointed to be the Amban.

1915.4.16 由駐藏大臣陸興祺致財政部電報，內容為要求審批開 支清單。在西藏片面聲稱獨立後，駐藏大臣聯豫被驅逐。商人陸 興祺被任命為駐藏辦事長官。(Image 1)
