 1905 Tsitsikar to St. Petersburg. Picture postcard, showing date and origin of Tsitsikar by manuscript. F.w. Coat of Arms 3k, tied by Chinese Eastern Railway postal wagon No. 261 cds. Arrived St. Petersburg (22 Aug). According
to T&S, the post office in Tsitsikar was reverted to military status during Russo-Japanese War and then changed again to be civilian post no later than 1907.

 1913 (23 Mar) Remittance coupon of 500rb from Blagoveshchensk (23 Mar) to Tsitsikar, applied with Blagoveshchensk origin cds. Arrived Tsitsikar Russian PO (7 Apr) with T&S type 4 cds. T&S stated that although loose
stamps are common, covers from this Chinese Eastern Railway station are still very scarce.
1913.3.23 一件500盧布之匯款卡，由海蘭泡寄齊齊哈爾，鈐海蘭泡始發日戳。4.7抵達，鈐齊齊哈爾俄局T&S 4型日戳。T&S指雖然出自此車站之舊票頗多，但信封甚為稀罕難得。(Image 1)

 1900-1910s collection of about 16 Chinese Eastern Railway and Manchuria Russian PO covers and postcards, containing many scarce railway station postmarks such as Ashikhe, Fulya-Erdi, Bukhedu, Hailar, Imyangpo, Pogranichnaya,
Yaomyng etc. Some of them have only a few or even no surviving examples recorded by T&S.Many originating from Dr. Raymond Casey collection with traceable record of David Feldman. Definitely a once-and-for-all lot for this challenging area.
1900至1910年代一組約16件中東鐵路及滿洲俄國郵局封片，包括不少稀罕難得之郵戳，如阿什河、富拉爾基、博克圖、海拉爾、 一面坡、綏芬河、窑門等。不少地名於T&S記錄中僅有數件，甚至無例子存世。部分出自Dr. Raymond Casey集藏並見於David Feldman拍賣記錄。中東鐵路向來為難以蒐集之集郵題材，此實為一網打盡之上佳選項。(Image 1)

Given the postal embargo in 1933, some mails were posted at Japanese post office.
