It is one of the a few stamps issued for the Suiyuan-Mongolia Area. Fewer than 5 covers f.w. this stamps are known. Of the 5 denominations in the set, two others have no examples on cover while two others have also fewer than 5 examples on cover. A rarity of Liberated Area. With AIEP certificate issued by Dr. Sam Chiu.

1949.6.17 興和寄天津，背貼綏蒙區改值5元蓋耕牛圖5000元橫四連（楊目NC300），銷興和日戳。6.17抵天津。此為綏蒙區發行的寥寥數套郵票之一。貼此票之信封已知不過五件。該套票共五款面值，當中另外兩個面值未見存世信封，另兩個面值則同樣僅見不足五件信封例子。為區票之一大珍品。附由趙資靈博士簽發之AIEP證書。(Image 1) (Image 2)
