 ca 1933 Lhasa to England, f.w. Tibet 3rd issue 1/2tr + 2/3tr proof + 1tr + 2tr, tied by Lhasa type VII h.s. The franking of 2/3tr proof on cover is especially rare as only one example was recorded in “Tibet Stamps and Postal
History” by Steve Chazen and Danny Wong. It is another one. With content of a coloured painting of Potala Palace.
約1933年拉薩寄英國，貼西藏獅圖第三版1/2章噶 + 2/3章噶樣票 + 1章噶 + 2章噶，銷拉薩VII型戳記。信封貼用2/3章噶樣票稀罕少見，蔡盛及王劍智著《青康藏郵驛史》，僅見一例，此為另一例。內附一頁布達拉宮之彩色手繪。(Image 1)

 Cover addressed by Huge Richardson, Gyantse in his own hands, affixed with complete set of Third Issue tied by Lhasa handstamp. Huge Richarson was British Trade Agent in Gyantse prior to his appointment as head of British
Mission in Lhasa. Two sets of Third Issue in pair said to be taken as gift of Tibetan Mission to Western countries in 1949. Page of Third Issue said to be from Richardson collection.

 1930-1950s Registered wrapper to Gyantse, f.w. Tibet 3rd issue 2t in pair, in total of 4t registered rate, tied by faint h.s. Probably the only known registered wrapper used in Tibet. As the Tibetan postmarks are usually
dateless and the related documents are missing, it is still a puzzle for philatelists to ascertain the chronicle of Tibetan postage, not to mention the registered rate.
