Applied with "Hopeh / Linyu (Shanhaikwan)" (25 Jun) postage due cds. In combination with ROC postage due 10c on reverse, tied by Tayuchuan (28 Jun) arrival cds. 1934 was the year of China-Manchukuo mail negotiation.

Applied with "This mail was forwarded by our post office and all the invalid adhesive will be compensated by us / Shanhaikwan Forwarding Bureau" cachet. Arrived Peiping (14 Jun). Inscription on stamp was not obliterated as some other examples.
