 1902 Gwendoline (7 Jun) to England. Registered cover front only, f.w. Plum Blossom 20ch, tied by Gwendoline French cds in blue, matching with Gwendoline registered mark alongside. Arrived London (31 Jul). Founded on 1 Jul 1901,
this office was opened to handle mail matters of the British mining company office, which contributed the share in the expenses for 850 won every year. The privilege remained even after the takeover of Korean Postal Service by Japanese. Examples are
scarce, not to mention registration usage.
