the 26 examples as well as the one of the 7 covers f.w. imperf surch menge stamps recorded by Hellrigl.

 1942 (30 Jun) Mongolian illustrative type A (Archer) postcard from Ulanbator to Moscow, f.w. pictorial issue surch 20m/1t, tied by Ulanbator cds in violet, alongside with USSR military censor mark. Arrived Moscow. Mongolian
illustrative postcards are extremely scarce. It is one of the only 4 examples recroded by Hellrigl and two of the them are of type A (Archer) image. The franking of surcharged pictorial issue even elevated this piece. Illustration fig. 212a, p. 275

mark. Mongolian illustrative postcards are extremely scarce. It is one of the only 4 examples recroded by Hellrigl and the only one with type B (monument) image. The franking of surcharged pictorial issue and Baiantumin Han cds even elevated this
