 1914 Wangnou to Verkhne-Udinsk, Russia, f.w. Junk x8 on both sides, in total of 20c, tied by Shantung Wangnou cds. Transit Tsinan, Harbin (31 Oct). With Chinese annotation on reverse. Around 1900s, many Shantung people moved to
Russia for a living. Nice example of Shantung immigrants in Russia.
1914年王耨寄俄國上烏丁斯克，正背貼帆船票8枚，合2角，銷山東王耨腰框日戳。經濟南，10.31經哈爾濱。背面帶有中文送遞指示。清末民初，大量山東人移民至俄國謀生。出色之中國移民書信例子。(Image 1)

 1908 Kiachta (19 Aug) to Shanghai. Registered red band cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon 2c in block of 8 on reverse, tied by scarce Hellrigl type 1 "Mongolia / Kiachta" lunar year cds, matching with also rare vertical Kiachta
registered mark on front. Transit Harbin (17 Aug). Arrived Shanghai (23 Aug). This cover was opened out for display. It is the earliest cover from Kiachta Chinese PO recorded by Hellrigl. Sending from Mongolia to Shanghai via Siberia (instead of
Urga-Kalgan-Peking) is also peculiar. Illustration fig. 66, p. 120 in "The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941" by W C Hellrigl.
1908.8.19 恰克圖寄上海。掛號紅條封，背貼蟠龍2分八方連，銷少見之Hellrigl 1型“蒙古 /
恰克圖”腰框干支日戳，正面另鈐同樣珍貴之“由蒙古恰克圖挂號′直戳。8.17經哈爾濱。8.23抵上海。此封被剖開以作展示。此為Hellrigl記錄中恰克圖中國郵局寄出之最早郵例，由蒙古經西伯利亞寄中國（而非經庫倫-張家口-北京郵路）同樣奇特。Hellrigl著《The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941》第120頁圖66原件。(Image 1)

out for display. Kobdo type 1 is probably the rarest cancellation of Mongolia. It is also interesting that this cover travelled via Urga instead of the direct route of Ulisautai and Sair-Ussu. With original exhibit page. Illustration fig 70, p. 124

 1920 Chayinkulun to Kalgan. Chinese style cover, f.w. Junk 3x 3c on reverse, tied by scarce "Outer Mongolia / Chayin / Postal Agency / Kulun" tombstone cancel.Transit Urga (Dec). Arrived Kalgan. Rough edges but does not affect
the postmark. Chayinkulun was a small village near Karakorum. Only 3 covers bearing this type of tombstone cancel were recorded in "The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941" by W.C. Hellrigl.
1920年扎英庫倫寄張家口。中式封，背貼帆船3x 3分，銷珍罕之“外蒙 / 扎英 /

Returned to sender with "Postal route interrupted, hence return" cachet in Chinese. Exceptional WWII returned example.

 1926 (Sep) Large registered cover from Mongolian Commercial and Industrial Bank at Altanbulak to Ulanbator, applied with Altanbulak square boxed d.s., matching with registered mark. Arrived Ulanbator (2 Sep) with arrival cds.
Showing Hellrigl type 2 Urga "Oplacheno" (Paid) Russian h.s. on both sides. Hellrigl only reocrded the usage of this h.s. in Urga. Very interesting and probably unique.

蒙古工商銀行大型掛號封自阿勒坦布拉格寄烏蘭巴托，背面鈐阿勒坦布拉格方形始發日戳。正蓋掛號章。9.2抵烏蘭巴托。正背另鈐Hellrigl 2型“Oplacheno”俄文已付橫戳。Hellrigl記載此橫戳用於庫倫，未見用於阿勒坦布拉格，可能為孤品。(Image 1)

AVA recorded usage in Altanbulak and Baiantumin Han respectively. Scarce.
