 1909 (9 Jan) Chentu to Kathmandu. From the last Nepal Tribute Mission to China, to the Maharaja, on their return journey. Transit Shanghai (28 Jan), Tuticorin (16 Feb) to arrive Nepal (Kathmandu, 21 Feb). The Mission enjoyed
provisions from yizhan in China and Tibet, but mail route was not yet open, hence the detour of this letter by sea route. Holcombe Certificate 1983. Ex-Chazen.
1909.1.9成都寄往“泥巴爾”，由貢使寄給尼泊爾大君，1.28經上海，2.16經印度Tuticorin，2.21到達加德滿都。
貢使享用驛站招待，經四川走陸路回國，但陸路尚未通郵，需走水路才能送達。1983年豪琴證書，蔡盛舊藏。(Image 1)

 1910 Cover to Commander in Chief Bhim Shan Shere Jang Bahadur Rana, Kathmandu, applied with Base Office (14 Oct) origin cds. Arrived Nepal (18 Oct). This letter was sent unusually through Base Office which means the sender was
concerned with the Chinese presence on the border.
1910年寄加德滿都之廓爾喀將軍Bhim Shan Shere Jang Bahadur Rana，鈐基地郵局10.14始發日戳 。10.18抵尼泊爾。經基地郵局寄出十分奇特，可見寄件人相當忌憚清朝在邊境的活動。(Image 1)

 1912 Commander-in-Chief, Nepal (18 Jul) to Kirmulung, with manscript annotation to Kirmulung. F.w. Indian KEVII 1/2a, tied by Nepal cds. Transit Base Office (18 Jul). Arrived Gyantse (23 Jul). During Oct to Nov 1912, Nepalese
embassy and merchants were moved to a temporary smaill town Kirmulung. Historical example of this very period.
1912.7.18 尼泊爾軍隊指揮官寄Kirmulung，寫有寄Kirmulung批示。貼印度愛德華七世半安娜，銷尼泊爾日戳。
7.18經基地郵局。7.23抵江孜。在1912年10月至11月戰事期間，尼泊爾商人及大使館短暫移至Kirmulung。出自該非常時期之出色例子。(Image 1)
