931 cover image1920 Chayinkulun to Kalgan. Chinese style cover, f.w. Junk 3x 3c on reverse, tied by scarce "Outer Mongolia / Chayin / Postal Agency / Kulun" tombstone cancel.Transit Urga (Dec). Arrived Kalgan. Rough edges but does not affect the postmark. Chayinkulun was a small village near Karakorum. Only 3 covers bearing this type of tombstone cancel were recorded in "The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941" by W.C. Hellrigl.

1920年扎英庫倫寄張家口。中式封，背貼帆船3x 3分，銷珍罕之“外蒙 / 扎英 / 郵寄代辦所 / 庫倫”碑形戳。12月經庫倫。抵張家口。邊緣輕微磨損但不影響郵戳。 扎英庫倫是哈拉和林附近的小村莊。W.C.Hellrigl著《The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941》指鈐有此碑形戳之信封僅見三件。(Image 1) (Image 2) (Image 3)

2755 cover image1918 Kalgan (26 May) to USA via Japan. WWI censor registered cover, f.w. War Charity 5k + Coat of Arms 10k + surch Chinese currency 25c, tied by Kalgan Russian PO T&S type 5 cds., alongside with registered label. Transit Koba. Censored and re-sealed twice. Transit San Francisco (1 Jun). Arrived Jersey City (10 Jun). Very rare franking of war charity stamp. Contrary to other Russian Post in China, Kalgan PO was placed on the same fotting as Mongolia and stocked with unovpt. Russian stamps until 1917 when surch Chinese currency stamps were supplied. 2012 (Apr) David Feldmand, lot 20048, realized 2,800 EUR.

1918.5.26 張家口經日本寄美國。一戰檢查掛號封，貼戰爭賑濟票5戈比 + 軍徽圖10戈比 + 加蓋中國幣值25分，銷張家口俄局T&S 5型日戳，旁貼掛號標籤。經神戶。兩次檢查並重封。6.1經三藩市。6.10抵澤西。貼用戰爭賑濟票極為珍罕。張家口俄局與蒙古之俄國客郵局一致，在1917年前都使用未加蓋俄國票。1917年才供應改值中國幣值票。2012.4 David Feldman， 拍品號20048，成交價2,800歐元。(Image 1) (Image 2)
