104 o 79 image1867, 3¢ rose, A. grill (79), irregular block of three. Each stamp with well struck negative star fancy cancel of Boston. Light overall soiling, upper left stamp small closed tear, bottom stamp small pinhole. Faults notwithstanding, still an F.-V.F. and exceedingly rare multiple of this difficult grilled-all-over issue, we are not aware of a used block of this issue and according to Richard Drews as quoted in an auction description (Siegel sale 1195 lot 313), he never saw one as well.
