Dealer's Stock

Massive Dealer's Stock
LotNo. Symbol Cat No. Lot Description Estimate or Cat Value
1 /o   imageUnited States and Worldwide, massive old-time dealer's stock in over 180 cartons. Many of the highlights of the stock are housed in several small boxes including: US: never hinged set of Zepps, Austria: never hinged Dolfuss, Canada: Jubilee proofs complete plus complete leafs and numerals, Falkland Islands: Tercentenary set complete, Germany: three never hinged sets of Posthorns, polar flight never hinged, Israel: 1-9 tabs on FDC, Liechtenstein: never hinged Vaduz sheet, Mexico: University issue 5¢-10p complete. The rest of the group of better items consists of hundreds of sets and singles in the $100-$,1000 catalogue value range. Strong in US, British, including many George V mint sets to the £ as well as excellent France, Germany, Japan (with many of the good souvenir sheets), etc.

The other 180 cartons and boxes consist of 15-20 cartons of Disney, couple cartons of Princess Di and many cartons containing mixed countries in no particular order. Scattered throughout these cartons we noted that there are many better items: US Farley sheets apparently complete plus 1000s of dollars face, UN #38, over 200 mint and over 150 FDC's, Greece #1832-1834 (70), Liechtenstein sheet stock cat over $9,000, many better France and Japan and a quantity of recent China. The largest quantity of material by far is a huge Israel stock which includes some collections (at least one of which includes mint #1-9, J1-5), a large amount of sheets and tab strips, 100s of souvenir leafs, FDC's, forerunners, etc.

The coin stock consists of mostly common worldwide, Israel coins and metals plus quite a few US proofs and prestige sets with a little silver. All in all, tons (literally) of material which should prove to be very profitable, especially if Ebay and HIP Stamps are employed.

Please Note: buyer is responsible for removal of this property from our offices within five business days after the closing of the sale.
Estimate 50,000 - 75,000 (Image)
