Most Unusual that it was Barely Printed

A 4 margin Most Unusual Stamp that it was Barely Printed either from severely underinking the plate or perhaps from a plate too chilled to properly take on ink. example, tied by a full strike of the BLUE Petersburg, Va. circular datestamp dated JAN 15, 1863. Blue laid paper cover with period pencil notation on the back stating the sender was Frank Brooke and that the letter was received the day after posting. The cover and the stamp severely faded.
