Further US cut squares, a beautiful mint never holding of the scarcer San Marino air post and commemorative sets, and better sets from a number of European countries incl. Belgium and Liechtenstein.

We we would like to acknowledge the use of the recently published handbook "Batum under Occupation the years 1917-1921" by Hans G. Grigoleit and Edward Klempka, published by the British Society of Russian Philately and sponsored David Feldman SA. The excellent write-up and illustration were a great help in determining the authenticity of these difficult issues.
