Postal Stamp Auction - December 4, 2024

Welcome to our Monthly Stamp Auction #577, closing on Wednesday 4th December 2024.

We have a lovely range of 3,642 lots this month, with a large range of New Zealand material as well as all World.

This month we have a sold range of NZ FFQ Chalons (lots 804-938). We have a range of high quality NZ and GB Officials (eg, lots 1886 and 1886, 2736 and 2782). Also two rare NZ 1882 1d QV lilac mint stamps (lots 2062 and 2063). If any items you are interested in are not showing an image, please email auctions@mowbrays.nz with a request for a scan and we will send this to you.

  • Lots are listed on a simplified basis unless otherwise stated.
  • The price listed is the minimum acceptable bid we will accept.
  • Unconditional guarantee that all lots are as described.
  • Approximate exchange rates at time of publishing and subject to change – NZ$1 = (subject to change) UK 47p, USA 60c, Australia 92c, Canada 84c, Euro 56c, Japan ¥93, Hong Kong $4.66, Singapore 80c.
  • All bidders will receive an email after the auction (once results have been checked) advising the outcome of their bids.
