image US WWII Military Postal History, 86 covers individually sleeved, some with short description. Most of the material from the WWII era but also saw a couple late 1920's items-1 item postmarked "NICARAGUA" and others with ship names. Also a Southwestern US Cavalary item, 1870 cover-B.H. Grierson, the soldier protrayed by John Wayne in the movie titled "The Horse Soldiers." The cover is sent to Ft Sill in Indian Territory. WWII APO's (264, 915 (Christmas Island), 682 (Litwinsky, Palestine), 608 (Khartoum) and others. Some differnt Tokyo Bay covers, submarine related and senior officer material and some hand-painted.
