1108 imageTONGA - 1894-95 VARIETIES Mint and used, mainly overprint varieties of the 1894 and 1895 definitive issues. Noted 7 occurrences of the SURCHARCE error on different stamps, ½d on 1s brown SG 22a mint in a block with three normal, and used on piece in pair with normal with clean strike of NUKUALOFA cancel. Also two occurrences of the 'NO STOP after surcharge', one of the BU JOINED variety, three stamp affected by overprint defects caused by the backing tissue etc. all varieties identified by SG number in the scan. Mostly fine condition, with a pair of pieces with minor faults. Some repetition. (21 stamps)
